As parents, educators we have the awesome privilege to train our future leaders. Think of it; we get the chance to shape our future. How cool is that???

 

I created Creating Little Leaders to add value to parents, and Early Childhood Educators because we are the the ones with the most influence on the children in our world.

 

My goal is to teach and develop strong interpersonal and leadership skills to children by first ensuring that the parents, educators and coaches in a child's world have the opportunity to develop these skills for themselves.

My name is Dee Martin and I am a mother, a grandmother and an Early Childhood Educator.

 

I am currently director of a large childcare facility and the creator/founder of  Creating Little Leaders.

 

I have taught parenting workshops and continuing education credits (PD) for Early Childhood Educators through Creative Parenting and now teach, mentor and coach parents and childcare professionals through Creating Little Leaders.  

 

My passion is developing interpersonal, communication and leadership skills in families, educators and children and is the primary reason I established Creating Little Leaders.

 

I also am founding partner with the John Maxwell Team of Leaders as a certified  teacher, speaker and coach with the John Maxwell Team and have adapted these leadership skills and resources in my work with Creating Little Leaders.
